It's the way of living in India (including food, clothing, art, science, customs, relationships, but excluding beliefs), not a way to God. So, even a Jain,Sikh, Buddhists, Christian or Muslim can practice Hindutva, i.e., live like an Indian. this Word is an Adjective ...describing way of Life .
