**36 additions on November 13th, 2022 (288 books total)** A positive development in recent years is the proliferation of books on the history and current affairs of Bharat that challenge the Western and Marxist Indology "experts" (e.g. Romila Thapar, Irfan Habib, Audrey Truschke, Wendy Doniger, Arundati Roy), who are generally hostile towards and dismissive of Indic perspectives. The books on the attached list have really intrigued me, and I thought this is a good place to share them and get more recommendations.
Please comment with questions and suggestions, especially if you've read any of these! Also, please consider supporting the authors in a few ways: reviewing/rating their works on Amazon and Goodreads, voting for their books on Goodreads lists, and sharing them with your friends/family. At the very least, I hope the books will stimulate important debate/discussions and challenge you. Note that not all of these books deal with Bharat specifically (e.g. The Case for Israel by Alan Dershowitz), but they present important information for us Hindus.
